Choral Posture: The correct way to sit or stand during singing.
Correct Sitting Posture: Sit forward in your seat without your back touching the back of your seat. Your feet should be slightly apart with the weight of your body going forward (both of your feet should be on the ground). Your body should be tall and directly in line like your standing from the hips up. Your shoulders should be down and back and your chest should be lifted up for better breathing. Your arms should be relaxed by the side of your body.
Correct Standing Posture: Your feet should be shoulder-width apart, and your momentum should be going slightly forward. Your knees should be partially relaxed. Your hips, spine, and head should be directly in line with each other. You should be standing tall with your chest lifted, shoulders back, and your arms naturally by your sides.
